I was so happy to have had Ms. Worth prepare my paperwork to the court for custody of my children. She genuinely cared about my situation and worked very hard to make sure the pertinent facts of my case were stated in my paperwork. She deligently coached and prepared me for my court appearance. I went to court and was granted custody of my children. I was very fortunate to have had Ms. Worth help me through the most important time of my life. She is an outstanding attorney and I recommend her highly.

Ms. Worth is a zealous advocate who cares deeply about her clients. She is the perfect attorney for someone who wants an advocate who will always go to the mat for them. She is a perfectionist, who creates thorough documentation for her clients. She is also deeply knowledgeable about the law.

Ms. Worth represented me in a court case. I felt like I could trust her and that made me feel less anxious. I knew she was the best attorney when I went to her the day before my court appearance and she sprung into action the next day, accompanied me to court and got my charges dismissed. Her vast knowledge and experience allowed her to quickly resolve my matter. I am highly satisfied with her services and I recommend her to anyone in need of great attorney.

I was referred to Barbara Worth by a colleague who used her for his divorce. My ex wife hired a shark who's only interest was to litigate in court which would have cost me a fortune. Despite my ex's attorney's many attempts to escalate the hostilities, Barbara succeeded in pulling the teeth from this shark by her skill and tenacity. She kept in out of the courtroom and was able to successfully negotiate a reasonable settlement. In some cases through her patience, kept me from harming myself as divorce is a highly emotional event. I could not more highly recommend her.

In my recent divorce I represented myself against Barbara Worth who represented my ex wife. My ex and I have had an exceptionally amicable separation, divorce and post divorce. I can tell you the main problems we have had stemmed from Ms. Worth's inept ability to listen, focus and communicate in a professional manner. She readily steered her client in the wrong direction and when repeatedly proven wrong, she would just fired back with baseless claims and nonsensical rhetoric. Ms. Worth is the least focused, most incompetent and amateurish attorney I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Like most lawyers, Ms. Worth excels at accumulating billable hours with little value added. For instance, rather than edit info I had provided electronically, she rewrote it in longhand, then had her secretary retype adding additional hours. She then did a little dance with my ex-spouse's attorney, feigning anger and frustration to stoke the fire of our marrital breakup, make the matter even more contentious, and prolong the process -- all again to add billable hours. The only value I received was when she explained the overall process and how the judge would likely rule if we ended up in court. Informing clients about the rules of thumb employed by a particular judge and applicable precedents is actually useful information since you then have a base from which to negotiate with your spouse, but this could be conveyed in a couple of hours for a few hundred dollars. It's absurd that divorces cost thousands of dollars! Adding insult to injury, she was pompous and irascible.
