Simply, I had a very simple slip and fall, workman's comp. case with a witness and they lost it. AND it took 2 years for them to finish it. Wishy-washy, uninterested, unreliable, very quiet and a push over in court. They lost my only eye witness to the insurance company. After 1 surgery on my knee which left me bone on bone and in a LOT of pain, the ruling was that the pain wasn't cause by the fall. I was being harassed at work and did not get paid for court or doctor visits. They did nothing about that. I am still dragging myself to work at the same company, with a cane now, and being threatened they will fire me for attendance issues. No comment from my lawyers... any questions I have gets an " I don't know " and these are about legal things. They also have a NY office. All in all I am told I can sue them for incompetence when it's finally over. It's just hard waiting. I wanted to change lawyers but they were too far along in discovery I was told so...
