Save yourself a lot of money and heartache. Find an attorney that will fight for their client/YOU, in your divorce. She was recommended to me as being a tough fighter especially for women that had been in abusive marriages. No, she talks the talk and caves into the other side. Very political. Gave me wrong advice. I consulted with another attorney who was truthful about my situation. Which was the opposite of what she said.

Overcharges. Has you go straight to the bank for a certified check to do anything at all. Definitely says one thing and means another, or maybe she just doesn't tell you all details. Told me to find a place, 30 days later says have to leave marital home in 60 days or the sheriff will take you out? I spoke to another attorney free of charge and he said a sheriff cannot take you out of your own home. I could have had extensions. But I left, and took 8 dogs that my crazy husband brought home but didn't want. I wouldn't use her again. She seemed to just get tired of me even though I paid plenty and on time. She was siding with my crazy ex and his bottom feeder lawyer. Good old boys club. Lessons learned. But you know when you have been mentally and physically abused for 20 years you want to believe that your lawyer is on your side, and you hope the courts to see it. Forget it. Judge Jane Grossman on the case, she's a misogynist. Bottom feeders. Financially I should've gotten more.

There is NO communication with her face to face. Everything is through email, and you will be billed for EVERYTHING. ($70 for an email). And expect a surprise phone call shortly after you hand over the retainer fee asking for thousands more. And you won't receive a statement for several months, when that surprise phone call comes. Don't believe any promises she makes to you, it will never be followed through on. Don't waste your money on her high fees, find someone else that will actually put your hard earned money to fight for you and what you want, instead of looking out for herself.

The only person Deb Marino looks after, is Deb Marino. She tells you what you want to hear and does whatever makes her the most fee. Don't let her fool you!

Communcation was excellent even took my calls on a Sunday and at night. She got a great result for me on my case. Would highly recommend.
