My spousal equivalent and I went to see this clown in 1999 about an immigration case. We presented a political asylum case which Marinoff said was good. We paid $5000 to him over the course of a year and never heard from him. In 2002 I sent him a letter about to contact the bar due to his complete disregard of the case. He chastised roundly in a letter which indicated that the "timing wasn't right." Well we moved on. Now, in 2010, my clean and sober partner of now 13 years was taken by immigration on a traffic case. So I thought i would call Marinoff to see what he could do maybe, after all we had invested $5000 years ago and nothing happened then. maybe I could get some orientation as to what we could do next. I was told that I could meet with the clown for another $100 consultation (insult to injury) or they could give me the number to the person who took the cases while he was disbarred. I hope Brandon Marinoff is treated similarly in the heavenly court by the real judge.

My entire life was on the line. A complete nightmare had taken over my life. I had been sitting in jail for months on a very serious felony. But, I was innocent. I knew it in my heart, but no other attorney believed me or gave me a chance. My family met with Brandon Marinoff, and was impressed with his fighting spirit, and brutal honesty. When a person is in my type of situation, the last thing they need is to be lied to, and Brandon was the most honest man I had ever met. Brandon Marinoff was fair and gave us a reasonable deal for my case. We went to a jury trial that last 3 days. The jury found me not guilty within 1 hour after the trial ended. I owe my LIFE to Brandon Marinoff.
