Even though he is a nice person, he is not a custody attorney. Mr. Connell advised our family to settle on custody because he did not think winning was an option with what they brought to the table. What the real problem was was that he did not think he could fight and win against George Speedy. He was intimidated and cost the custody of the kids. This was a lie, because the attorney and gardian ad litem now says with the evidence previously had their was no way she would have gotten any form of custody. Now we too are in a costly battle to obtain or just maintain the custody that was previously awarded.

Lawyer Connell's work was rated as excellent by state department workers associated with an international child abduction case being tried by the Hague Convention rules in Ireland. We would suggest Joseph N. Connell to anyone in such a situation. In addition, the gentleman's fees are most reasonable for his high quality of work.

Mr. Connell has done some quality family work for me and represented my business on multiple occasions as well. He is of the highest character and is always available.

Mr. Connell direcetily told me that giving my husband temporary custody at the hearing would not have an affect on my obtaining full custody later. This was a lie. I did not realize at the time what Joe Connell had done. Because of him I am in a costly battle to obtain custody. He is an attorney who creates more financial burdens upon his clients, so he can make money.
