	12/15/07	2	3	2	3	1	I had Mr.McPherson for a laywer and his basic response for anything the other side wanted was "Go ahead and give it to them, it will cost you more to fight it." Which I think gave them the feeling they could ask for anything they wanted. Sorry I went to him.
