Mr. Ducote is the most competent attorney that I have ever known. I met with Mr. Ducote after bad legal representation by "local attorneys" left my children in a horrible situation. I knew as soon as I met Mr. Ducote that he was exactly who I needed. He is an expert on the law, and he was an expert on my complicated case. It is obvious that his passion is for what is right and the safety of children. He fought for the truth in my case, and we were ultimately victorious. He never gave in to playing politics, and I believe he is the reason questionable behavior in this court has recently been brought to light. I HIGHLY recommend Richard Ducote. Even though my case has ended, Mr. Ducote and his wonderful staff continue to stay in contact with us. He is a genuinely good man.

Richard has been unrelenting in my very complex legal cases. His vast knowledge of the legal systems in multiple states is nothing short of brilliant! His expertise seemingly has no limits. He is always just a phone call away. Very personable and accommodating. While my cases have been intricate and somewhat convoluted at times (with up to 40 opposing attorneys in one case), cooler and more intelligent heads have prevailed. Mr. Ducote is MORE than competent to handle whatever your case my involve. And he will handle you (not just "your case") with utmost respect and honesty. It has been a pleasure to work WITH him. He has truly been a blessing during what has been the most difficult time in my life.

We have been in the system since 2006 . Everything pertaining to my case has been done and judges chambers violating my rights by no due process . I've been trying to protect my child for this long and had a recent temporary loss of custody which was restored by Mr Ducote in a few weeks time span . He listened attentively to everything I said even though out of my anxiousness pertaining to my case I Spoke over him several times. He was patient and understanding . He knows The law and doesn't participate in the way things have been handled in the past in Family Court. He knows the law and the unjust way thungs are usually handled. He even called the following day after my child came home to check on her and make sure she was OK . He is by far the best attorney that we have however had I highly recommend him .

I second the notion that the justice system is broken! Richard works it though! Always striving and asking about my children and family, always concerned about the abuse they were enduring because of the broken system and always being compassionate to my family dynamic and situation. If i hadn't been referred to Richard (while I was in another state he was recommended by an advocacy group rep), I would not have won my case. The truth would not have been revealed and my children and I would have been further damaged if I had not hired him. He is insightful and ultimately only fights for the right reasons, from what I experienced. IF YOU'RE DONE GETTING SCREWED BY OTHER LOCAL FAMILY ATTORNEYS, HIRE RICHARD.

Master mind! Corruption in the judicial system cannot get in his way! This system has crippled every other attorney I have hired because they do not know how to navigate through the corruption. Mr. Ducote knows the laws forward and backwards and has even written them. So often, judges, lawyers, state workers and others in the judicial system get away with using tactics that do not abide by the written laws. Every attorney, PRIOR to Mr. Ducote, found themselves "tangled in the web". Fighting for your children's lives and seeing no end in sight, because your attorney is spinning in circles, is a terrifying, helpless and devastatingly crippling feeling. Mr. Ducote will never get caught in that proverbial web. It takes a master of the law and that is Richard Ducote.

Richard Ducote has been my attorney for over 6 years. I drive him nuts bc I'm a worry wort. How can you not be when your child is being or has been harmed? But he's always been there for me even when I annoy him. He's wise, he's kind, he's smart. He has NEVER ever not worked in my child's best interest. I wish I'd had Richard from day one. He could've saved my baby's early childhood. A lot of people hate Richard, but only bc he's such a hero. They would like to take him down. When I found myself in this awful situation, I thought that court was fair. I had no idea the shenanigans that went on behind the scenes. Our justice system is terribly broken. There are people who are perfectly happy to accept $ to destroy children's lives. Richard Ducote fights to fix that system. I wish I could clone him 1000x. Rest assured that any negative comments on here are ppl who are not his clients.

Richard Ducote knows the Law and will not pad his court pleadings with a bunch of hearsay and lies to try to influence the judge against his opponent like many other lawyers that do not know the law often do! He is fair and to the point. He is not afraid to stand up to sociopathic Lawyers and fight for the law and for what is right for the Children. I would recommend him very highly if you're dealing with a Narcissistic Ex or if their Lawyer is one. He is well worth his fee!

I am writing this for all the little children that didn't deserve to be hurt & their parent that doesn't know where to turn. A year & a half ago my girls & myself unfortunately stepped into those shoes. I had 2 local attorneys before but bottom line this case was way over their heads. I looked everywhere for a good attorney. Weeks passed & nothing. I couldn't help but fell to my knees and pray. "GOD I can't do this on my own I need you". Yes prayers were answered. Finally I received that call w/ one name being offered Mr. Richard Ducote. We spoke on the phone first about a week later he flew in to meet in person & look over my case. Looking back now I wish I could've took his advise "Do Not Worry"! From the moment he started on my case the girls had protection everything in every way started looking up. Never a false step always STEADY. The End is the girls favorite part. Safety! There is a place in Heaven for all this wonderful people at Ducote Law

Richard Ducote is awesome. Unlike other attorneys, he isn't busy trying to kiss every judge's ass to win cases. He doesn't mind telling them when they're wrong. He's a fighter. He's competant, and he has a set on him. He's not afraid of his own shadow. Every other Atty I've met is like a fly-by-night contractor....you have to keep your eye on them to make sure they aren't screwing you, because they probably are. I wouldve been screwed if I hadn't been referred to this guy. I had to beg him to take my case. Super glad that he did. He's a bad-ass.

Richard is absolutely the best attorney. He saved my child from a life of hurt and pain. He is very intelligent, honest, and kind. His qualities are too endless to list. If one could earn a place in heaven, he would be at the top of the list.
