Gave this man the benefit of the doubt after reading all his horrible reviews.....shame on me. The reviews are here for a reason, read them and believe this man is arrogant, and rude. We were there all of 10 minutes listening to him tell stories about other cases and he had his radio playing music so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves think. He inturrupted us everytime we tried to speak. He knew before we got there our case was in hillsborough county but decided after talking to us he didn't take cases out of polk county. He decided that when he realized we didn't have thousands of dollars because " he is expensive" his words. I will also be reporting him to the bar and bbb. He's not a kind person who wants to help people all he cares about is more money. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy!

When I thought he was acting unethically, I checked his record much later than I should have. He's been suspended from the bar and put on probation for three years. Here's what I found at the Florida Bar's website: "Weeks allegedly knew of a conflict of interest and did not fully disclose to a client the possible effect of that conflict; caused injury or potential injury to a client; and knowingly engaged in conduct that was a violation of a duty owed as a professional and caused injury or potential injury to a client, the public, or the legal system. (Case no. SC03-565 and SC03-1220)" http://www.floridabar.org/TFB/TFBPubl...)

Mr. Weeks is by far the worst attorney I have ever been involved with. He demanded 10,000 paid in full just to retain him. He would not even start case until paid in full. He blew thru the 10 grand filing emotions over and over by just amending them. He then padded his bill with an additional $7500 before quitting. He produced zero results, then held my files with all needed documents to proceed for new attorney hostage for remaining money he claimed were owed. He treats women as if they are beneath him. I would recomend any one thinking of hiring him to think again...

He obviously has issues with supporting women and shows complete bias against you going in as a woman. Would not reccomend any female to use this man. Too animated and too much of a smartalic as well as belittling of his own female clients

Retained Mr. Weeks a few years ago. He took my money , but that was it. He sounded good, and was good out of the gate , but in real short order, Ted made it clear he was out for his own payday. He rufused to return calls , and to file paperwork. His own receptionist could'nt believe his inactivity. Would not recommend this guy for anything.
