Nadine and her team are first rate.In my experience they demonstrated outstanding knowledge of the law in the areas of custody,financial distribution,and even municipal matters.They balance the urgency often required in a dynamic case with the thoughtfulness required to have an effective outcome.Whether opposing much larger and recognized firms or local well established ones Nadine and team (I experienced both)are poised,confident and highly effective.In going through a rather difficult divorce one is left to reflect personally on decisions they have made in life. The decision to hire Nadine and team is one I will never second guess.

Nadine handled my very difficult divorce case of 9 months with a steady focus and maintained high ethical standards in the face of a continuous reluctance to compromise and libelous statements from my ex and from the opposing attorney. She provided sound advice prior to and throughout the process of litigation based on her extensive experience in handling difficult cases. I would highly recommend her office for the high level of work quality, foresight, client-based focus, and excellent communication skills.

across the board. My divorce was handled with the utmost
professionalism and understanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Nadine's office to anyone looking for a committed staff who really cares about their client's needs.

A disgrace to the integrity of civil case law--made false accusations and trumped up allegations. Dragged a no-fault divorce into a $100,000 8-month legal battle that's still not resolved. Promoted liquidation of marital assets to avoid paying alimony and child support to spouse of 18-years. Made contradictory statements/demands--wanted wife (plaintiff) to work full time, and then claimed that she was not spending time with her children after she got the job and couldn't take days off. Said that mother could not count a 1 week vacation with her children as parenting time. Absolutely ridiculous. Presented arguments without evidence and misused power to subpoena. Complaint will be filed with ethics committee of the state of NJ and harasssment, slander, and defamation of character suit will follow. Careless errors on attorney certification--stated 3 times that she represented the plaintiff when she was representing the defendant. Attention to detail and accuracy is non-existent.

Ms. Maleski handled the settlement of my mother's estate. In the performance of her work, the communication was timely and accurate. When she did not know the specific answer to certain questions, she obtained the answers in a very timely manner. The settlement was quick and handled in a manner to avoid conflicts with the six heirs involved. She is very professional and I would not hesitate to use her services again.

Nadine came highly recommended by another attorney in the area that I trust, and as I checked further I found she has the respect of every other attorney I spoke with. I found her to be highly ethical and extremely focused on getting all the details and putting together a winning case. She also didn't pull punches with me when I was out of line. I would not want her on the other side of the table. She also made sure that areas of work not requiring her skills were managed by her friendly and competent staff, so as to keep costs down as much as possible, which I really appreciated. I would send my best friends or family members to her.

Looking after her own interest and often forgetting the client. Empty promises and consistently provided misleading/incorrect information. Took an divorce where many of the issues were not being contested and turned into a fight for her own benefit (billable hours).

MS. Maleski and her office staff were pleasant, friendly and decent, however, I did not get a strong feeling of commitment to me as a client, but more to one of going through the process in a reasonably diligent way

She had a habit of lying which made me not trust her. Plus she didn't disclose a conflict of interest to me that she should have been upfront about. Also, her staff tended to be nasty and quite immature. I would not recommend her. I don't think she's trustworthy at all.
