I have found Mr. Trapeni to be very responsive to my concerns, with great attention to detail. He is quick to analyze case circumstances and issues, and respond appropriately. I found his staff to be second to none in kindness and alertness to client needs. Though Mr. Trapeni is very professional, keen, penetrating, steady/relentless on follow-up on business/medical/legal issues, I have also found him to be understanding, kind, and sensitive in dealing with legal matters related to my accident case. These are highly valued qualities, and are indeed rare qualities to find combined in one man in today's cold impersonal business world.

Mr. Trapeni gave my personal information to a lawyer from another firm with out consent and damaged the records that I gave him. He also was not good at returning phone calls or doing anything in a timely manner.
