Same as all the previous comments are true we have experienced the same. He billed for office staff and himself he doubled billed dates. He stated in court on the record he neglected this case. He sold out to the opposition. He didn't care about the client. He only cared how much was in the estate to bill but lucky for me the bills had to be certified by court and he didn't get what he wanted. He is not honest. He didn't know the NJ Laws like he stated and would beg the opposition to walk his people thur it and charged. He also loved charging for his errors. Didn't care about the incapacitated person and he positioned himself to be power of attorney over the trust to which gave him straight access to the funds. He misrepresented my case and was fired and removed as attorney on the recorded by the court. The Judge hated him for his tardiness. He came to court unprepared and then started reviewing the case and was always worried about what was left in the estate.to be continued

Took three years to settle a simple estate. Had to do most of legwork and had to push to get the process moving. Long gaps with no communication Legal expenses left nearly nothing left in the estate.

does not follow up, delays the process depending on his work load!! fees are high and expects you to do all the leg work while he bills hours and hours!!!!
