Mr Pennington grosly misrepresented a mentally handicap young man,Pennington also defrauded young mans family of 9,000dollars. Said Attorney charged this amount and 1 motion thru clerks office. Said Attorney would not return any E-mails or any phone calls pertaining to case. Said Attorney has refused to answer any qestions to family. Recorded and/or record's filed thru clerk's office will refect.
