My experience with Galen was wonderful. He is nothing but kind, compassionate, understanding, and honest. These qualities, along with his expertise and professionalism, make him stand out. It is evident that he truly cares about his clients and wants what is best. He was always available, willing to help with anything, and always returned messages to me promptly. He addressed all of my questions and concerns thoroughly, and made sure that I understood every single detail. I would undoubtedly recommend him as an attorney. He made this difficult divorce experience, for someone who was nervous and unfamiliar with the process; more comforting. Thank you, Galen!

Galen represented my father in his divorce after 37 years of marriage to my mother. He was kind, patience, and extremely thorough with the whole process. He took the time to explain every step to my parents. He understood this was a very trying time and is one of the most compassionate people I have every encountered. Hands down the best attorney I have yet to encounter. Had it not been for Galen, my family would have suffered a far worse fate. There are many attorneys out there for their own benefit and Galen just wanted to make sure that my family was okay. 10 out of 10. Thank you Galen!

Galen has represented me for years on various matters. He has ALWAYS responded promptly, given me the time that I needed, advocated my position aggressively, and, honestly, charged me a fraction of what he should have. I have been in Onondaga County for a long time and I would not trust anyone to handle any family court or matrimonial matter for me other than Galen.

Answered my texts and emails promptly, even on weekends. Charged me 1/3 of a lawyer did in my previous custody and support trial. I’m a father so it’s never easy in family court. He literally got me everything I asked for. Every stipulation, $200 less weekly than I should be paying, and 50/50 custody. Very impressed with his work. On top of all that it’s rare to find a lawyer, especially family court lawyer, that is just a genuine good person. Thank you Galen. I’m forever grateful for the work you did.

I had a consultation with him. He emailed me, confirmed that he would represent me, and billed me for 1.5 hrs. I paid him very promptly. When the time came for him to do his job he didn't answer my emails or return my calls. I had to scramble for another attorney. As far as I'm concerned he owes me $325.00. He is best to be avoided if you want quality, reliable counsel.

Can't control his temper. Here's the facts: yelled, stormed out, and slammed door. Quite a temper tantrum. Very unprofessional.

Paid a more than enough retainer for a child support agreement and haven't heard from or spoken to him in over a year and a half. Has not returned phone calls or emails. Do not recommend him for anything!

A good mediator but not an "in-court" fighter. I was not 100% satisfied, but accepting of outcome.

took 3 months to get back to me after I paid a fixed fee for a uncontested child support agreement. When I received the document back, he had names wrong and wrote it up as a divorce case instead of a child support case.

Too timid, can't stand up to the judge or law guardian. Takes notes but doesn't remember them, doesn't remember what the client says, NOT a go-getter. Can't litigate his way out of a paper bag. In court he just rolls over and plays dead.
