Very knowledgable and felt very comfortable when speaking initially with him. However, quality of support provided by very subpar, and communication non-existent. It took a significant amoutn of time to undo the damage caused by hiring him to represent me.

Worst attorney in Tulsa. Do not hire this man. He is not truthful and neither are the people he surrounds himself with in his office. Once you pay the retainer, your money is gone and you will not hear from them. I tried making contact several different ways over 3 months time and final thought I got somewhere with Bill. I asked for my retainer back and with a handshake he agreed. I have stayed on him and guess what? No retainer refund. No returned communication. Bill, if you read the words of your clients, you are a horrible attorney and you need to have your license ripped. For all the money you have taken from desperate people in their hour of need and not worked for, for all the rotten handshakes you have given, you are the one who has to live with yourself.

I'm very discouraged by the previous comments. I hired Mr. Raynolds in 2010. I'm a single mom and I spent my last $$$$ to get that from the ncp... I have not seen nor heard from him since the day he took my retainer. I have called, emailed. Now my kids need braces, and I could use that money since the ex won't pay!

BEWARE.....DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!! He took my money, scheduled court dates then cancelled continually. Office is disorganized. I lost an appeal case after winning the initial judgement because he didn't file my appeal with the appeals court!! The appeals court had no other alternative than to reverse the original judges decision!!!

Mr. Raynolds is a BAD lawyer. His colleagues claim he was great in his day, but Mr. Raynolds has personal issues which prevent him from doing his job. He LOVES to continue and drag out cases. With all due respect, do not hire this man. Luckily for me, my ex didn't listen to me when I told her not to hire him. It's shameful that he's allowed to manipulate the courts with dishonesty.

Worst ever! I won my case but it was an easy win! He didn't even file my paperwork after the judges ruling! I had to hire another attorney to clean up his mess... Please do not hire!

This man will tell you everything you want to hear, and just blow you off the day after cashing your retainer check. Do you have a question or need his assistance, don't bother calling because his receptionist will give you the same answer, no matter what day or what time you call..."he's in court." You are better off doing your own divorce, rather than waste your money on this guy or his assistant Mike. Both are full of a lot of hot air and nothing more! They are a true discredit to the legal profession!

Lost my case. All Raynolds needed to do was show up for the final hearing. He was a "no show". I lost child support. It was filed in the final papers "attorney negligence" by the Judge. I had no one there to defend me. Raynolds was prepaid and also talks a big talk about himself. After contacting him (email only) he would make things up we had talked on the phone about and had conversations that never happened. Months later I can't seem to get him to close my case. My ex-husbands attorney has offered to close this, although I would have to pay him too. Would not recomend him to anyone. He probably should be turned in to the BAR for his work ethics. My case was pretty simple, a reopen on child custody, he was fine in the begining and then just stopped. His office seems to be pretty disorganized. He also took my case when he had my current husbands ex-wife as a client. When they figured this out (after a few weeks) they dropped her case, she was his client first.

I had to turn him into the OK bar association for his lack of work he was doing for my case. He only cares about the money up front and then stops working for you. Its amazing I have solid proof of my case and he could have won my case if he was actually working it. I know more about law now and sadly I paid him so I could protect myself. I believe he doesnt care about kids and he loses important documents like evaluation docs. I highly recommend using someone else. I continually had to call him and he never called me back and I was billed for that time in his billing for speaking to his secretary trying to get ahold of him. He is not the best attorney in america. I would have loved to pay him if he actually worked. He is also dishonest and works with the other side a little too much. Value is too high becuase he doesnt work after you pay him and then makes up rediculous charges to cover your retainer.

His own staff call him captain continuance. Is known to bill excessively. Not truthful. No concern for children, just the money.
