Extremely unprofessional. Chased her for 10 days after we had an initial call and she agreed to take up my case.Did not bother to respond to emails or messages left with her secretary. Looking for another lawyer now as i realize she lacks even the basic courtesies people extend to each other in business dealings.

If your looking to waste your time and money and still not get your case approved then Humera is your best choice! I spent allot of money with her and received nothing but headaches. When I asked to make an appointment to discuss my case to find a solution, I was told to pay a $100 consultation fee.

dont ever go to humera subhani. she is extremely interested in getting new clients and knows nothing about greencard processing. absolute waste of time and money. even you pay the full price upfront, she still charges for coming on phone, for any questions, meetings or even releasing papers from your file. it is extremely hard to get hold of her once you pay the fees. extremely bad customer service and her knowledge level is zero. save your money, go anywhere else, but avoid her... she charged heck of money and finally my green card got denied because she did not check paperwork, even when the query came. because of her, my entire case got messed up. avoid avoid avoid her... good luck.

I call BS on alot of the positive reviews on this lawyer... reason being, I used this firm and wasted $2500... so many errors, never once prepared us for the interview process and the person who answers the phone is a total dimwit and wanted to charge me to speak to the lawyer to complain... save your time and money and hire a competent law firm, cause trust me, this firm is far from being competent.....

What makes Humera Subhani a good lawyer is that she knows the law well and stands for righteousness, truth, and justice no matter the race, age, or gender of the person that she is defending, not to forget her mild manners and excellent communication skills. I went to Humeraji for premium processing case for IT employees. Transfer from another company that was initially change of status from student to temporary worker. I was told we got added extension from I-140 and so we filed for longer extension. Temporary case was approved and the I-140 was filed and then approved for the full time. anotehr lawyer in firm did labor certification for the immigrant part. Both parts success due to the labor application with premium processing fees. We have five more IT employees for the analyst position and thepreliminary parts of the application were approved in the labor applications. I will use lawyers again for other steps in the future.

Too interested in getting clients and not interested in retianing and doing a proper job for them. Dont go to her if you want to pay over $2000 for an immigration issue and then not have contact with her for over8 months. Lazy and the worst customer management skills I have seen in my life.

01/14/2009 i went over there with humera subhani i want it change b1 to L1 visas i went with anthor firm but he told me that is not possible i can tey it.then i went with subhani & she give me confidense for that and then i got it L1 visas thanks humeraji

We used this lawyer back in 2001. You gave bad advise. Athough my husband entered the country using a false name in 1998, we were married in 2001 and wanted to correct the problem by applying for legal status in the right now since he was married to a US citizen, she advised him to complete green card paperwork in the false name, and she even completed the paperwork in that false name for him. She stated he should apply for citizen and then tell the truth. Now we are being criminally prosecuted for her stupidity and put in deportation proceedings. The US Department of Justice doesn't care that she advised us wrong. I advise you not to consult this law firm if you case is not simple otherwise you might end up worse with them than when you started.

I heard of this lawyer through the Georgia Super Lawyers magazine and decided to go with her for all of the EB5 immigrant investor visas needed for our startup company. She came highly recommended even among the other lawyers I sought preliminary consultations with. She did an incredible job which is probably why she's one of the few whose name kept coming up as from my friends in my parallel EB-5 investor programs. The first few cases got approved in a matter of weeks which is a few months shorter than the immigration authorities gave me an estimate for. We've already started corporate advertising with Subhani & Subhani in several magazines, television commercials, and websites. So far it's been very smooth sailing and I hope to continue work this firm for the remaining investor cases we have over the next 2-5 years. She actually also handles work with our foreign company as well and comes highly recommended from our foreign lawyers as being a true superstar in immigration law.

My husband went through this lawyer to file for his Green Card and this firm made so many errors on the form that it's disgusting to think they claim themselves as immigration lawyers! They even got his nationality wrong on the form! How ignorant can they be?!
Now, my husband has to go through so many queries and issues with the immigration just because this firm failed to do their job properly! The staffs are very unprofessional too. One time, my husband called to speak to the lawyer regarding his case and he was told that the moment he gets connected to the lawyer, he will be charged $ 250 for 30 mins. That's ridiculous! All they care about is money! He has paid them more than $3000 for his GC and where is the support that he should be getting?
Anyway, as I said, please do yourself a big favor and avoid getting into a deeper mess because of their ignorance!

My agent was Cailia, `agent` because you can't see an actual attorney. She's 2 out of 10 knowledgeable on immigration laws. Her English isn't so good too, She will ask you `again please` twice for almost every question/sentence you say. Immigration doesn't accept a mistake. These people has no idea of what they are doing. They are incompetent. First of all you will not see a lawyer, there's no way you can sea the actual attorney, an assistance will talk to you. She or he will probably be Korean, meaning communication will go down the toilet. The most annoying part was when I ask something she stands up and goes to lawyers office and ask him/her then come and tell us lawyer's answer on that question. I don't know why not seeing the lawyer instead! Cailia can hang up the phone on you if you ask to many questions.(she did!), pay money, if you want to hire them, because they will not tell you about a retainer fee and won't refund your money. I am thinking about suing her right now! Walter

Humera Subhani's costumer services are very poor. I tried to contact her about my case for over six months and never got an answer from her. Immigration laws can be really stressful for the unknown waiting time, but that's why a lawyer is hired, and their high costs are paid, so we know what to expect in the short and long run.

I applied from F1 to H1 with this lawfirm. Because of their poor handling my case got rejected. I am back to F1 status. Do not go to Subhani & Subhani they are totally incompetent. They have made a mistake and not included me in the advanced degree quota and my case ended up going through the lottery and I did not get selected in the lottery. The worst of all is Subhani never informed me about this till I got the official denial.
