Felt like he was working for the seller rather than me. Made me lose the contract. He would always take seller's side rather than taking my side.

This guy only cares about himself and nobody else. He tries to, "bully", people to get his way. A totally unreasonable guy who looks for conflicts. Show him any weakness and you are finished.An irritating sort, as well. I had a real estate transaction with him; he represented the Bank which owned the house after foreclosing on it. He called my office on a Tuesday, in August, while I was away, and he told my assistant that we were closing on Friday, or else the Buyers would lose their deposit. We objected; Why can't we do it on Monday or Tuesday? He responded, "I know it is wrong, but I don't care. Have the Buyers sue us. They are poor people, the Bank has billions of $ to pay legal fees".

Refuses to keep an open dialogue with realtors. Wants to control every aspect of the deal, without including the realtors in the process.

Mr. Margolin do not know how to handle situations with any type of authority. Does not protect his client. All he cares about is getting paid. I've never seen an office run as weak as his.
