Not getting to a total breakdown but wasn't happy with him at all. Not responsive and basically his paralegal does the work. I guess I'm spoiled by an outstanding past retired lawyer who was just simply outstanding in everyway.

My husband & I unfortunately used Bob McNally for selling our family home, though I actually have never met him. His paralegal, Wayne told me I would be dealing with him only & allowed no access to his employer. Mr Irvine ultimately forwarded all our proceeds, over 380K thru business email compromise to a used car dealer in NY. Mr. Irvine received several poorly worded emails & a phone call from someone who said he was my husband the morning of closing day. Title company directed Mr. Irvine to call us, have us go to MYKL office & sign in person for wire transfer change. Instead someone in the office just signed our names & sent it back to the buyer's title company. We later discovered the title co informed Wayne & the buyer's lawyer that the funds weren't even available on closing day! Buyers took possession of a house they didn't pay for! What if we had a closing on a new house right after? Criminal got OUR $ the next week. Wayne kept yelling at me that we would get our $ soon.

Not sure where all the negativity is coming from. My experience with him and his office was nothing but top notch. The same patience attorneys exercise in dealing with clients and their issues is expected in return. Real estate transactions aren't instantaneous but as far as efficiency goes McNally's office is first class. Every exchange my wife and I had with his firm was pleasant, professional and in a timely manner. Would easily recommend him to anyone seeking counsel.

Slow response time to any inquiries, any communication from buyer's lawyer didn't get to us until days later. He was rarely able to answer any questions regarding issues that may arise at closing. He promised to provide the correct forms to the city in order to get approval for needed repairs before closing. He waited over a month, and then had to reminded to do the paperwork. By that time, we had to wait another two weeks before the city could have the monthly meeting to approve the work. At this point, we're still waiting. Wayne the paralegal did his best, but he can't make filet mignon out of his boss' meatloaf work ethic!

I could not be happier with Bob and his paralegal Wayne. They were both so professional and helped my wife and I through out the entire closing process. I used Bob after he closed 2 properties for my parents and he absolutely lived up to the top recommendation my Mother gave him. He was professional and prompt and truly looked out for our best interest. I would highly recommend him and will absolutely use him again in the future. I'd give him higher than a 5 if possible.

Absolutely awful, I would not recommend McNally to anyone. He was terrible to deal with, never responded to calls, and was only interested in his fee. There were multiple issues with our transaction, and none of them were handled correctly. This was partially my fault, as I listened to our realtor and went with his buddy. I will NEVER make that that mistake again. So, hopefully someone else is reading this and learns from my mistake.

Bob was fast at returning every email and phone call from both myself and my husband, and enabled us to close very quickly. His office staff made us feel welcomed to our new home and city by providing us with alot of useful information and tips. I would highly recommend this attorney to anyone, especially first time home buyers/sellers.

Don't ever use this attorney. My mom used Robert McNally and all he is good for is collecting his fee. He was supposed to be knowledgeable and he was should have known to take her military property tax discount into consideration in the closing statement and failed to do so which resulted in my mom losing an additional $200 for the year since she was now forced to wait until the next year to get it on her other home. When she informed him of this error sometime later after the closing (she found out when she went to pay her property taxes) she called him about it and he said there's nothing he could do and said " I get paid at the closing so I don't care what happens". This guy is the worst lawywer, I can't imagine why you would pay him for his real estate knowledge when it is so severely lacking. Avoid this guy at all costs.

Incredibly slow at responding to phone calls, emails and faxes. He was over a half hour late to my closing and did not even appologize. Then when his office failed to handle the closing of the water bill, It took contacting his office twice a day for 3 weeks to get anything accomplishment and I myself had to go to the water company to do the leg work. Then when I asked for one edit to a release form, an edit I was advised to make by another attorney, he told me I was wasting his time. I would not reccomend his services.
