Took thousands of of dollars every month. Refused to just stick to the facts. He had his friend a so called forensic accountant write a report full of just plain false facts. Gave the wrong name for my business. The criteria and math was wrong. I complained and told him it would have to change to reflect the truth. In stead he dropped me after collecting over $10,000. This was just weeks before mediation. Too late for another attorney to take over. I am just shocked and sick over this and do not know what to do.

I wanted a pit bull in the courtroom, not a frickin poodle. Catch my drift? Not the guy if you want a strong, assertive, knowledgeable attorney.

the only thing that would make me happier is if there was a way to rate him n egative 20.....worst dressed least aggresive attorney ive ever seen.....nerd!!

Collected alot, delivered little! And he did not communicate with his client as expected and deserved and paid for. Skip him for another.

Attorney Plantinga came highly recommended. My son needed representation in an unemployment compensation matter and couldn't have achieved a better result. Victor has handled various matters for me over the years. He has always been knowledgeable and has communicated the status of our issues very timely. Attorney Victor Plantinga recently represented me in a complicated matter where the details were voluminous. Really bad for any work that i had!! Never responds to messages and needed to talk to other lawyers. Does not seem to understand many of the laws that he takes on. Seemed to very slow in court. Not the best worker.

Terrible. Keeps adding fees for work that is questionable. Stated that although he did not actually do anything for me he "researched". Did not care about my case and seemed to want to get to know more people around the medical community than anything. Very greedy and incompitent. DO NOT USE!!
