This lawyer is terrible. He took 3 months to do a simple real estate transaction becuse he lost a form on his messy desk. Two years after the transaction was completed I learned that he missed a very simple and elemental step in the process which has rendered my ownership of the property legally questionbale. I now have to hire another lawyer to fix his mistake and get me out of this mess.
