I was instructed by the courts to use Suellen as a Case Manager. I have called her office, left 3 messages over the last 2 months. Not one call back. Why would the Superior Court want us to use this person that doesn't return phone calls?

I am amazed at the level of un-professionalism Suellen demonstrates in her practice. She's the most FALLACIOUS attorney in Washington. In fact I am working with a completely different attorney who is putting together a MALPRACTICE law suit against Ms.Howard. I paid for her services, proof of which are discussed in our emails yet she did not prepare or file any of the motions we discussed. Suellen gave me FALSE information regarding my case. She made me sign a parenting plan that was MODIFIED a day after our original trial. I was not privy these modifications prior to signing the parenting plan nor did she tell me that the parenting plan was modified instead I learned YEARS later. Suellen is IMPERIOUS and tries to psycho-analyze her clients. MEN should BEWARE do not have this attorney represent YOU. She tries to sell her experience as a GUARDIAN AD LITUM, do not fall for it. She's not respected by any Judges or courts. She is INIQUITOUS and CONDESCENDING and UNTRUSTWORTHY.

All you can ask from a lawyer is to be honest and fair. There are not many out there. Suellen is worthy of this distinction. You have to live with yourself afterwards. She defended me against one of the meanest lawyers in Seattle and succeeded by being fair and honest to the courts. Nobody wins in divorce court, and it is hard to control the direction it takes. Suellen Howard will keep things sane and fight hard for the truth. She did for me. I feel good.

I had Suellen as my lawyer in a really horrible divorce/custody case. She did just fine. It was ugly tho. Lawyers who deal with divorce are dealing with one part of a couple that could not get along with another part of that couple. I imagine that she doesn't get to choose which one of you comes in to her office. Many people are not honest and don't have any integrity in divorce cases. Given time...the control freak or jerk will end up showing their true colors. Divorce lawyers have to deal with some people that don't give a crap about their integrity and who just want to 'win' at all costs. If you think you can just go into a lawyer and have them try to make sense of why your marriage got out of hand and why you should go home with the spoils you need to wake up. Think about your child if there is one involved. They need both parents in their lives if possible. I am so keen to those parents who just want power and not in the best interests of their child. Be a good person!

Suellen Howard is the worst ATTORNEY in the State of Washington. I honestly don’t understand how she passed the BAR EXAM. I have found myself working and following up with her on my divorce proceedings. I’ve contacted this ATTORNEY many times to see where I stand with my divorce final date and have not heard from her as I have left messages with her assistant and sent emails. SHE SHOULD NOT BE AN ATTORNEY AND LICENSE SHOULD BE TAKING AWAY. Responsibilities are not followed through as she and her office associates are unorganized. I am very very very disappointed with her work ethics. You are a terrible ATTORNEY AND HOPE THAT SHE GETS A CHANCE TO READ THESE RATINGS. The rating information for (knowledge, communication, tenacity, work quality, and value) is off the rating. In fact, I would rate YOU at a big fat ZERO as a one rating would be a bit too much. YOU ARE USELESS AND NOT HELPFUL….you’re not looking out for your clients only yourself and have the nerve to bill someone.

I cancelled my retainer with this attorney as the office had no organization and it was obvious she would not follow through on tasks. I was very disappointed in her lack of effort.
