I hired tony as my attorney in a simple divorce case because I was deployed in Afghanistan and could not start the paperwork myself. What should have been a short and easy divorce become a drawn out battle between Tony and I. He took my retainer spent it all on filling paperwork that wasn't relevant at all with the case and then not contacting me at all about it. About 10 months later when he finally would reply I told him that I would like for him to withdraw as my attorney from the case. All of a sudden, I received an email from one of his employees sending me a giant pdf of all my monthly invoices I've never seen and saying that I owed around 4,000$. After approaching him via email about the amount owed he replied back very snooty and with an attitude of "I am a lawyer you won't win this" he said that he will be sending my bill over to a collection firm and pretty much saying that he will take me to small claims court for breach of contract. I highly do not recommend this firm.

Tony took my retainer than went on a wild goose chase on a subject never discussed in our first meeting.He did not know that particular area of the law even though he advertised he did;so he went in circles bring up the same subject even when I did my own investigating of the law. He set up meeting with people who he wanted me to hire;I even said no to one meeting but Tony still billed me for talking to that person 4wk later.The TX state bar will not touch him because they call it bill dispute.Tony hired Amanda Diaz;he said because she knew that particular law;she charging me for Google search on a man properties and read his blogs post;why?In conversation they acted like they just talked to the man but they never did; if they had they would have found out all the info I hired them to do for me was not available but the rights were sold already.Everything I hired him to do was never done and we went over every detail in order at first meeting;which is missing in my file from them.

I do not recommend this Attorney. I spent thousands and thousands of dollars and received poor results!!
