Who gives up their $300.00 an hour career to go work for a company you know nothing about. Dave did!! Obviously not doing well as a lawyer, so lets try being in-house legal counsel. The only thing he'll be able to do is help them cheat even more than they already do!

Just bad. Just really bad. Engrossed in himself and really unorganized. The only good thing is he forgets to charge you... but is that really the kind of lawyer you want. Someone so stupid they forget to charge you?

Have used Dave's service in many occasions and every single one of them has been a good experience. He is a lawyer and Lawyers are busy so most of us if we use some patience we start to appreciate the services of others. Thanks Dave for all the work you given my family over the years.

Using Dave as a lawyer has been a nightmare. He is unorganized, impossible to reach, does not return messages, does not meet deadlines, and does not follow through on promises he makes regarding representation. You are basically flushing your $300 per hour down the toilet.

Personally I would avoid this lawyer. I would say he is OK but is over priced for what you get. At $300.00 per hour I highly recommend going somewhere else. I paid thousands upon thousands for a divorce that seemed to have no end. Only to have him ask me out, what a perve. So not only did he not finish my divorce, he wanted me to go out with him. Since I rejected him, he withdrew from my divorce completely. I plan on suing for my money back. A complete scam!!!!

Dave Boyechko is a great lawyer. This site however should be sued and shut down. Character assiniation at its finest. Hope this website has insurance. I am his long time client and friend and anything negative on here is just the competition.

Under NO circumstances should you hire this man as your lawyer!!! Our realtor referred us to him because he worked in the same office and having him do the sale and purchase of our home was one of the worst decisions we ever made. He is never available via phone, email or text, he made SIGNIFICANT mistakes that cost US over $2000 and that's on top of charging us 6x what he originally said! ! He was more consumed with his son and new fiancee than finalizing our file. His negligence in paying out the sale of our home cause us to have to pay for additional mortgage payments. He is so disorganized that I'm not surprised he doesn't know if he's coming or going! He even had the nerve to insinuate that he had gone above and beyond and expected referrals. That of course was before we got our bill... This man is a ignorant crook. Steer clear at any cost!!!

Dave Boyechko has been my real estate lawyer for the past 4 years. His integrity is above reproach. My clients have reported that they have been very happy in their dealings with Mr. Boyechko. We must remember that, in any legal deals, sometimes things do not go as intended: if a bump occurs in the road, Dave Boyechko has always stepped up for me, and my real estate clients. He has gone the extra yard (or mile, as required), and he regard him very highly. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Dave Boyechko to all of my clients, whether for real estate or marital separation issues.

I had him as a lawyer for my divorce and it dragged on and on and on. He charged me for telephone calls where he was talking about personal stuff from his life! I would NOT recommend him as a lawyer for anyone. I had to make him take a stand in my divorce just to end the marriage because between him and my ex's lawyer dragging it out I was NEVER going to get divorced! Charged WAY too much for the work he actually put in to my case. Never returned phone calls quickly. Oh and just a quick note to him if he actually reads his reviews - DON'T SPEND TIME THAT A CLIENT IS PAYING YOU TO TALK ABOUT YOURSELF AND YOUR CHILD! NOT SEEING YOU TO HERE ABOUT YOUR SON AND ON TOP OF IT GET CHARGED FOR LISTENING TO YOU GO ON AND ON ABOUT YOUR LIFE AND YOUR SON.

I had a very difficult case, and Dave was amazing. The work is top notch and extremely effective. Finally, a lawyer who is honest regarding the viability of a case, how long it will take, and how much it can cost. While it is not easy to get in contact, the contact made is direct and to the point, no wasting time here! A virtual dynamo in court, he thinks on his feet and doesn't like to lose. Considering the amount of work done, the cost was very reasonable and I have and will continue to send friends and family to him when they need assistance!
