Never shows up to court takes your money in backs out near trial ! Save your own ass in RUN!! He promised a lot of things in didn’t return on any of it. Kept asking for money but sends others to represent you when they know nothing about your case ! Horrible experience

Mr. Whitehead and his office is very professional and helpful and understanding. Mr. Whitehead is doing a great job representing Our case when we Felt we didn’t have a voice .I don’t know how the system works. He has helped us through this hard time . I reached out to him by email within 24 hrs he called me on his cell. Very professional and showed a very caring spirit. He told me what I would be up against. He also worked with me as I needed help. I recommend him completely.

I think he is a horrible lawyer. He is a grade A thief. I asked his office for a detailed receipt of my charges waited two months never heard from him. And now I owe him more money... He didn't do a thing for me!!! All the paperwork I filed before hireing him was a success he didn't file a thing and used what I filed as his own.. He's a con. And should be disbarred. Also so you know he probably has people write positive things on here to offset the negative comments.

Daniel Whitehead is a great attorney and person. He takes a level of personal ownership of your case. He is guided by a moral compass in his practice and if he takes your case on, you are in good hands. He is well entrenched in the court system and has built up good rapport with the people there. His reputation is very solid and he is well known. It is important to have a well-liked attorney as a large part of their persuasive power is built on the quality of relationships they have with others in the court room. Daniel excels in this area. All in all, he's a great hire.

I am from out of state and needed an attorney to represent me in Anderson. I called 8 to 10 attorney's and was unimpressed with any that I spoke to until I got a return call from Dan. Dan is super methodical, organized, and aggressive in his approach to my case. He and his office have been great in staying in contact with me and following up on the details. His knowledge of the law is unparrelled. He is a great communicator and I highly recommend him. I give him 5 Stars! ;)

Daniel went over and above the call of duty for me in 2 litigations. Was very personable and up front worked with me financially and personally really consulted me and made me understand the possibilities. I can say that I won my custody battle and still have one case pending involving personal injury and he's doing his job. I'm very excited that he's my attorney. And I would recommend him 100 percent with no regret. I gave him all good and 5 because didn't have anything higher for me I can't tell or describe how satisfied I am with my attorney.

All talk and no action. He's just rude, discourteous, unprofessional, dishonest, lazy, highly ineffective, doesn't communicate with clients, not timely, and is great if you plan to hire another attorney to repair the damage he does to your case. He's an absolute waste of flesh and why his license hasn't been pulled is beyond me. My advice is font trust his advice, there are to many effective attorneys in Anderson that won't bilk you and do nothing to pay him for lying and boasting about winning (which he rarely does).

I hired Whitehead and my family and I had to stay on top of him to get anything done.Once we finally got him to file papers with the courts for us they said that he did'nt prepare or file things correctly.After we lost our case we later found out that he had a very poor reputation within the Delaware county court system.And because we had to stay on him to get him to do the job that he was paid him to do he once told a family member that they were like a cancer to him.He is a terrible terrible lawyer.

My husband has been working with mr whitehead and we just got a court date after over a year and he filed for the cased to be continued without even speaking with us first. He is very bad with returning phone call also

Mr Whitehead refuses to return calls. I have left 10 messages with his assistant over a 3 week period of time and he is always too busy. Does not return the call or relay the messages to the proper people.

he helped me with my case and also made payment arrangemnets with me. he taught me alot about what was going on in my case. it was depressing but a good experience. he is a little expensive depending on the charges but it is well worth it. he helped me. no prison for me jus probabtion. thanks daniel whitehead your 6 degrees sure show in your work!

He is damanding about paying his money but can't return phone calls. When he does file court papers he sells you another dream to get more money. We have paid him over 3000 and he is still in jail. We have now hired another att. and my loved one is on a waiting list for a re-entry program. Whitehead had our case for 2 years and never that much progress. I don't think he understands that we as caregivers also have bills and yet he milks for more, only to give less if any.
