He is totally incompetent. Don't waste your money. His rudeness is beyond belief. He could care less about helping his clients. He needs to retire. And soon.

I used this Attorney twice and both times the outcome was better then I anticipated. Very easy going and is upfront with pricing and although none of like to pay so much for a Lawyer in comparison his rates were of good value. May not be fastest in returning calls as I would like, but that's also because I wanted quick resolution. He also gave me excellent referral to another lawyer for specialized situation and was thrilled with his choice. Does not appear to be a shark; but uses knowledge, common sense, and decency to get others to agree on positive outcome. Very personable

My daughter has recently used this lawyer for some legal issues... NEVER AGAIN!! He will not return your calls he charges way to much money and will put you off over and over $1000 dollars later, a no show twice with contact 2 times in 6 months to you MR MCFADDEN WRAP IT UP YOU ARE ALL WASHED UP HOW ABOUT A REFUND!!!!
