I met Brian through a friend, at the time I had lost custody of my kids due to the scheming of my ex. Judges seem to be blind, but Brian is like a Pitt bull once he believes you are being taken advantage of or knows the other side is lying or playing dirty. Brian was able to get joint legal and physical custody of my kids back and it cost a fraction of what I spent on the lawyer that lost me my kids in the first place. I will be forever grateful for the passion Brian puts into his work. I really felt like someone was on my side. The sweetest part of all, when my ex remarried, and divorced again, her second husband hired Brian to do his divorce as well! Brian Martin is an awesome lawyer, if you are not willing to play straight don't bother going to him. He is honest to the core. I would send anyone I know to him.

Brian Martin has been my lawyer for 8 years and has defended the well being of my son and myself. A parent who walks through the doors of a courtroom , with the well being of your sanity and safety of your child at stake, is THE most traumatic and unsettling emotion a parent can go through. Brian has a way with adults and children in this situation. He is fearless and fair. He has a way with words that can comfort a parent about to " walk the plank" so to speak. He is very compassionate and completely understands family law. He lives and breathes it. I would have lost my son if it wasn't for Brian! My sons life was at stake, and Brian knew it. He fought for my son and provided solid proof of the lies that the opposing parent had been living in for 8 years. I owe my deepest gratitude to Brian. I would highly recommend him to any family about to walk through the doors of a courtroom. I would highly recommend Brian!!!
