Mr. Hultgren ignored my wishes, left me off far worse than I would have been had things gone the way I wanted and, according to the Probate judge, received "exceedingly high" fees in the process. It is hard to imagine worse service. The lawsuits against him on the Ventura County Superior Court web site include 2 malicious prosecution and a legal malpractice case which may be classified as a "civil complaint." There are also other cases in which he is not a defendant but is otherwise listed. Check-out the Ventura County Bar Ass'n. membership directory or martindale.com for other lawyers before hiring him and you may save yourself alot of trouble and money.
