Nick represented me and was completely incompetent. When I asked him any question his answer was he did not know or it would cost $5,000 to find out.As a result of complaining to him He abandoned me and caused me financial harm. Consequently, I filed a complaint with the TNBOPR and he had to take a remedial ethics class according to Sandy Garrett Chief Disciplinary Counsel.
