Weiss is a real small-time practitioner. His fees are on the low end. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in this case.

Mr Weiss is pleasant, but he is very incompetent. He is also afraid to go to court so he forces clients to settle all cases. No wonder all of his former partners split on him. If he did not have his wife and other relatives drumming up business for him he would starve.

unfortunately the maxim is true that you get what you pay for. His rates are very reasonable. However...........

Mr. Weiss runs a low end practice. He is likable, but that unfortunately does not translate into competency. He is possibly OK only for the most basic and routine things. For anything where you need any sort of competency, go to a real law firm

He might be OK for small claims court, but you will be sorry if you think of using him for anything more sophisticated...He's a decent guy, but a real lightweight. he lacke knowledge in spite of his gray hair.
