This man talked my mother into letting him file a lawsuit against merc (viox) instead of going with a class action lawyer. Then he proceeded to do nothing. When contacted today 11/09/07 he claimed to know nothing about it, (although his secretary admitted to remembering the meeting). Merc has now reached a settlement and my mother will be left out of it, because of this man's initial greed, then lack of tenacity. My mother has used this man to write deeds of trust in the past and he is typically slow and inacurate even in his speciality.
