I should have been alarmed on my initial visit with Richard because he was more concerned about my finiancal resources than my divorce issues. He stated that he did not do dime store divorces which he explained as the husband works at Home Depot and the wife at Burger King. He continuously tried to cause tension between my wife and I. Our legal battle originally started with a child custody case for which I gave Park $7500. Thank God my wife and I are back together but I have been unable to recover money that the man is bound to owe me because nothing was ever done on the case. No court, no mediation or meeting with the opposing attorney.I have asked him twice for a detailed bill with no success. It is hard for me to believe that he can justify a bill that high for basically nothing. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone.
