Absolutely the worst lawyer I have ever come across in my life. I hired her for a child custody hearing and it was the mistake of a life time. During the court hearing for custody my attorney Amy Ghosh sold me out and worked in collusion with Judge Hank Goldberg and my ex wife’s attorney Stephen Dial. Amy Ghosh played the part of a deaf mute and put on the worst performance of any California lawyer in the annals of California legal history. She came totally unprepared and brought the wrong paperwork. A homeless schizophrenic impersonating a lawyer could have represented me better than this court jester, Amy Ghosh. I feel total sorrow for all the poor Hispanic immigrants she obviously must have sold out in criminal legal proceedings in the past. This lady is not even a lawyer but a first class greedy flake who knows nothing about the law or the legal profession and has not an ounce of a conscience. My child's future has been destroyed because of this unethical and incompetent crook.

Ms. Ghosh is not a competent professional. Very poor quality work. Does not respond to cals. Unwilling to listen to her clients. Simply does not care. Utilize this attorney's services at your own risk.

I hired Amy Ghosh to do my labor certification and green card. She allowed me to do a payment plan and the case got approved without a hitch
