Irwin was our attorney for the purchase of our first home. He is highly knowledgeable & experienced, and worked extremely hard for us, going above and beyond the normal scope of what would normally be expected. Irwin was always on our side and fought tirelessly for what we wanted. He has a terrific sense of humor. We would highly recommend him, and definitely would use him again.

Mr. Rosen represented myself and a friend when selling our Hoboken condo from June 2011-August 2011.
He did an exceptional job of returning communication, keeping us informed as things proceeded, and explaining the intricacies of the process in plain English. During negotiations, he always presented us with a fair point of view as to what were reasonable requests, what was unreasonable, and what all of our obligations were as the sellers.
I would enthusiastically recommend him to anyone selling or buying in Hudson County, NJ.

The absolute best. Honest, smart, diligent. This guy is a gentleman. BTW most lawyers do not answer the phone. Mr Rosen has very competent staff and if you ask to speak with him directly you will always get him. He is a deal-maker, knows the city and most of all treats everyone with respect. If you want a professional job hire Mr. Rosen.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE WITH EMAIL ACCESS.ROSEN DID MY CLOSING IN NOVEMBER 2004 AND HAS CONTINUED TO BE MY SECOND EYES AND EARS LEGALLY. HE IS A GREAT PERSON ONCE YOU GET TO KNOW HIM PROFESSIONALLY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO OTHERS THAT HAS ALSO BEEN SATISFIED WITH HIS SERVICE.

Irwin Rosen is very difficult to communicate with, primarily because he does not have access to email, nor does he know how to use it. He also has an archaic voicemail system that instructs you not to leave messages after hours. I do not have confidence that someone so out of touch with technology would also be up to date with the latest issues in real estate law. Also, he almost never returns calls personally, but has his assistants do it. You will never speak to him again after your initial consultation. This is not to say that he doesn't know what he's doing or that he's unpleasant, but overall, he's very frustrating to deal with.
