Not Impressed! For my case, this guy was a disaster! He spent his time for my deposition on his cell phone with his garage making sure his BEEMER was getting detailed; He did very little to get the pitiful settlement he managed for me; and, his horrid personality blames the injured client for cases that are above his pay grade. I wager many of his good reviews aren't legit...that's how he works.

I received bad service with in my opinion ridiculous fees and interest charges. My attorney Greg Stark was late for almost every meeting. He didn’t seem to care or have any passion for the job. I was sent to a doctor by the firm that later was under investigation by the same insurance company I was in a lawsuit against. I received misinformation and confusion from the different staff and associates there. Just save yourself the headache I went through and go elsewhere. My honest opinion I would’ve been better off going with a larger firm or going it alone.

This firm is amazing!! Todd Miner and Christal were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They worked very hard on the settlement of my case with a very great outcome. I highly recommend this firm, you will be in the best hands.

I was involved in a car accident last year and I contacted the offices of Todd Miner and it was the best choice I could have made! I was given and appointment immediately and it was at the time that I met Mr. Miner's paralegal, Casey Owens. I cannot begin to tell you how kind, considerate, and diligently thorough she has been through this entire process. If you are in need of help with navigating the insane world of insurance company's then this is absolutely the call you need to make. Not only did Casey repeatedly go to bad for me but always explained each and every step to me. No mater what your legal needs are, CALL THEM FIRST!

Todd is very personable but that's where it ends. 7 months went by with out a call or letter. He told me to relax and be patient but never told me he never had any intention of suing the kid that crippled me and left me permanently disabled. It wasn't until the insurance money ran out that I found this out. The kid got off Scott free, Todd gets his as well as the doctors and I got kicked to the curb. I thought it was strange that he never wanted the video of the crash but it all makes sence now. I thought I had hired a barracuda but turns out I hired my cousin Vinny. He takes the easy money from the insurance which included mine and that's where it ends. Now not being able to afford the surgery means a lifetime of pain loss of work not being able to do the things I love in life I am left penny less deep in debt. I should have talked to other attorneys before settling on Todd. Terrible service and very deceptive. If he had been honest from the start I never would of hired him.

Case Managers handle the cases. Mr. Minor only handles the initial client contact as it makes him look like he is involved. Spends most of his time on advertising. Only takes time with cases that bring in significant reward. I recommend anyone who is a client, call and ask to speak with him directly and see how many time you get to actually speak with him.

I walk into Todd Miner's office in 2012,not knowing what to expect. I knew if I had a case, it would be difficult for any attorney to win. I was hit by a car while crossing the street in November 2010 and ended up in the hospital for 13 days. Luckily, I remembered the advertisements I saw on television and called Todd Miner. It was a blessing to have him as my attorney during the past years. My entire family is in Brazil, but he made sure I never felt like I was on my own along the process. I feel I had a to write this review, in late 2010 I had the ability to meet with attorney Todd Miner. Which is a very professional law firm, extremely hard working on my behalf. Courteous in every way. From customer service returning my calls, and letting me know what going on and what to expect from time to time. His staff is fantastic, helping in anyway possible.
I felt he was not only my attorney but a friend looking out for my best interest at all time.
Now his paralegal who I had to name Lyn Sue she is wonderful very caring patient and understanding. I can't say enough about her. I was quite shocked when she called me on a Sunday request me to come into the office, she loves her job and she is extremely well at it. So if anyone is looking for an outstanding attorney and professional law firm please call

Took my case and turned it over to a case manager that lied to me on numerous occasions. I had to do 25% of work the case. Once I signed the final settlement offer things got even worse. No returned phone calls, hard to get faxes to, no responses to emails. Never sent my proceed check when promised and they still are holding some money on a portion of the case that has already been cleared up and I am afraid to contact the attorney since he is very overbearing and makes me feel like I am in the wrong for complaining about the professionalism of the case manager. Whatever you do don't use him. He also works out of the offices of Morgan and Morgan now.

I was involved in a bad car accident and he offered to take my case and help me. In the end his promises were not true and I took a loss both physically and financially. Do not trust this man. He offers empty promises. He never went to court for me, and that was one of his promises. Instead he did anything he could to get me to settle out of court. Don't give up your possibility to win your case, find someone who can fight for you rather than lie to you.
