I can't say enough good about Laura! She has been like a bulldog, fighting for fair financial support and equal divisions of our estate. I couldn't have the peace I do without her on my side. I had no problem receiving my bill and in fact got it a few days after we went to court. Furthermore, she usually gets back to me within the hour that I call. I am glad I chose her to be my lawyer!

I highly recommend this attorney. She represented me in my divorce last year. She did a great job. I have recommended her to my trends. She made it much easier to cope with a bad situation.

I was referred to Ms. Pickar by a co-worker. She handled a business matter for me, as well as a problem my wife was having with her ex. In both cases, my wife and I found her to be easy to reach and well-versed on the law. Her bill was reasonable and we will both refer our family and friends to her. I have a feeling some of the "reviews" on this site are not really from clients, because they sure seem to be describing someone else.

AFTER RECEIVING A BILL IN THE MAIL FOR ADDITIONAL FEES I WAS NOT INITIALLY TOLD ABOUT, I ADVISED LORA THAT I COULD NOT AFFORD TO CONTINUE WITH MY CASE. SHE INSISTED THAT I HAD NO OTHER CHOICE AND RAN UP AN EVEN BIGGER BILL. I WAS NOT PAID CHILD SUPPORT FOR 3 YEARS AND LORA THEN SUED ME AFTER I TRIED TO SETTLE MY FEES WITH HER. DO NOT USE THIS ATTY AS SHE IS A NIGHTMARE TO WORK WITH!!!

Lora did an excellent job with my child custody battle. Their stepfather had been verbally abusing the chidren and then physically hit the oldest multiple times. Lora, not only won the case for me, but she kept me from losing my composure and got the judge to make my ex-wife pay for her fees.

Poor attorney! She takes on too many cases and has no time for the little people. She recently cost me $100 a month in extra child support, and yelled at me in court. Stay away!

Once you've paid the retainer, you won't hear from them or be able to get in contact with them again. Will not answer phone calls or emails.
