So now we are up to over 45k in loses, possible criminal charges and no recourse.
I filed a complaint with the AZ Barr Ass. They refuse to take any disciplinary action.
I have very little money and I can't find an attorney that will take this case on a contingency fee basis.
In my opinion, anyone reading this, should not hire Tim Ducar or use any attorney in the Dodge Anderson law firm because the refused to take responsibility. They could have tuned it over to there insurance company or tried to settle.
If anyone has any suggestions, questions or an attorney that can help I would deeply appreciate it.
