8/23/11	1	1	1	1	1	I agree 100% with the other folks. He talks like he knows what he's doing but he'll take your money and do nothing. He was abusive to clients and his staff. I recommended him to others and he did the same to them. He is obnoxious, arrogant and dishonest. You are better off representing yourself.

4/20/09	1	1	1	1	1	His knowledge is not worth beans, initially he talks like he knows what he is talking about but after you retain him he is a puff of smoke fat bully, His communication is no existant he falls to callyou back but lets his paralegal do the calling. she is the major asset to the garcia & associates. His tenacity is horrible--when you visit him at his office he is loud, negative & obnoxious. He sits at his desk rares back and eats sweets while talking to you. He gets very irritated at his clients very easily. He makes nasty commnets about the opposing counsel which is totally unprofessional. His work quality is weak, in fact he is the reason I am losing my case--due to his lazy demeanor. The valus eof his work is useless. I would not hire this guy if he was the last attorny around. do not hire this person. He will take your money and go out of business like he did on me and my friends.His knowledge is not worth beans, initially he talks like he knows what he is talking about but
2/9/09	3	1	1	1	1	Hard to get a hold of on the phone, rarly got a call back. Ususally had to deal w/secretary who was rude. Didn't seem real interested in winning our case or sympathetic to our needs. We finally settled and he got most the money.
1/28/08	1	1	1	1	1	I went to see Mr. Garcia on a case where my child had been ****ed by a teacher at school. My child is only 8 years old..Mr. Garcia berated me and told me that I should not of went to the police and District but to CPS instead. This moron does not know that CPS does not handle cases like this. I don't know what cracker jack box he received his law degree from but steer clear of this joker.
