I had to get an attorney after my back injury at my employment and I was not getting treated. I'm so sorry I got this firm! We had a deposition and a mediation in 2021. This firm requested $125,000 for a settlement and when my employer refused, they did nothing else! When I questioned them, they became very unpleasant. I felt like they were working for WC instead of me! A whole year goes by with no communication whatsoever and then they suddenly email me the day before I was scheduled for another deposition to let me know about it. They should have gone after worker's comp in the beginning for not treating me but they didn't. I ended up telling them to just get me whatever they could for a settlement so I could seek out my own treatment for my back injury and pain. What they got for me is beyond shameful! I even mailed them a prepaid envelope to mail my check in, with a tracking number. Tracking is activated upon mailing. It shows nothing and they have my check! Such unprofessionalism!

Very rude staff, including the old lady at the front that works as the receptionist. They don't inform you of the progress of your case or fine details. If you ask any specific questions or question their process they become irate & defensive. I just had one of their employees hang up on me just because I wanted to know if my checks were physically there. I called back & his family member JOSE ZALDIVAR laughed at me, insulted me, & screamed at me. He even begged me to tell Richard Zaldivar at our next appointment about him as if nothing can happen to him. Absolutely atrocious behavior & extremely unprofessional. Their is zero accountability for these employees & that's why their customer service is terrible.

this is the worst attorney I ever had , I'm not sure yet but I think he pull a flsh back on my case and keep my money , two years in and nothing happen they r loosers,

I helped my mom find a lawyer after she had her slip and fall work accident. Her job didn't do much to help her out. They told her to just work through it since nothing was broken, but they never offered to send her to a doctor. Mr. Zaldivar's office was very helpful with answering questions and took our case. He got her to a doctor, and she was being compensated for the time she was out from work. These reviews that bad mouth this attorney are completely wrong and most likely people who are just looking to scam probably. I would recommend Zaldivar's office to anyone involved in a work accident.

This so-called attorney is the most unethical and incompetent individual ever encountered. Had I done a search about him, he would have NEVER been hired to try my case. I experienced the same events as the others whose cases were mishandled. He should be held accountable for all the damage he has done.

This guy is by far the worst lawyer in Miami after having my case for a month and not doing anythin I had to cancel my services with them a week after canceling them I received a letter stating "after reviewing this case we will not be taking it" which made me laugh now they want to put a lien on my case to collect money. I don't know wha is wrong with this guy

Mr. Zaldivar's firm got me a great settlement quickly. His staff attorneys answered all my questions and did not assign my case to a paralegal. I got my money fast and did not have to pay my first attorney who did nothing on my case.

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had with a service or a professional for that matter. The staff was very rude and every time you call you will speak to someone different who dosen't know anything about your case. They lie to you in every manner possible and keep you in the dark about the whole proccess when trying to contact them by phone, the lawyers are never there and do not wait for a answer to our messages or a call back because they simply never come. After you call 3 times and you let the s appoiment ecretaries know they tell you o yes and give you an. when you make it there you speak to another lawyer who has no idea why you are even there. TO get my money was terrible also. I had to call them many times and go to the office without them telling me so that i could sign the checks because they simply do not call you. Over all the worst experience ever in the two yrs of my case.

I have never in my life met a more unprofessional and incompetent staff. His office is unbelievably RUDE and intolerable. He never returns calls or keeps appointments. They keep you in the dark about everything that is going on with your case. They try to make you switch to the doctor of their choice and make it look like it was your choice. They file petitions on " your behalf" without you ever knowing. He called me with a settlement offer which I accepted, just so I wouldn't have to deal with the stress of dealing with him. After A MONTH, I finally got through to ask how the settlement papers were going... his reply was " I never accepted because I wanted to get more money out of them. " Correct me if I'm wrong but, it is MY decision whether or not to accept something and his responsibility to follow through with MY ORDERS! I prefer to drop my case and fire them and not get a single penny than to let him get even a dime for "working" on my case.
