I was looking at a felony and miss d case. He got the felony dropped after looking over my case and asking others. He told me like it was and I appreciated that. There was no getting my hopes up and making empty promises. I knew the worst case and the best case outcome. Other lawyers wanted to charge me an absurd amount of money but he didn't. He didn't take advantage of my situation. He even offered to take payments after I made an initial payment. I live in Missouri so I was very happy to find such an honest attorney in Kansas. He's the best as far as I'm concerned. Try and honest man who will go to bat for you when you need someone too.

Extensive background in the criminal justice field proved useful as he worked on my case. I was charged with a serious DUI. Mr. Gilby researched the case completely, found the State's errors and got my case dismissed. I was completely satisfied with his services on every level and would not hesitate to use his services again in the future or recommend him to friends and family for help. This guy knows his stuff!

My son was wrongly accused by a psychotic ex-girlfriend. Mr. Gilby knew he was innocent, and did his homework in this case. We will forever be grateful for his tenacity, wise counsel, and experience in resolving this, and getting all charges dropped! I would never go to court for anything without him! And for the amount of work he did for us, his fee was VERY reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about him, and highly recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney with ethics.

Pitches his services based on fact he is a former prosecutor, but still thinks like one and treats his clients like criminals, just wants to go in and get a fast plea bargain and accepts the first offer he gets from his old friends, hire this guy if you want a the first felony plea they offer you and end up in shock time.
