This was my wife and I's third closing, and it was a breeze, comparatively - minus the paperwork which there is no way to get around, he not only took care of things in a timely and efficient manner, but he also helped us clear up some mistakes on the property title, which would have cost us a significant amount to deal with. even popped a bottle of champagne for us and the other folks! i will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family in the area. he is the name on the door, and for good reason. i also believe there are numerous attorneys there.
