Mr Cook was opposing counsel. I found his appearance to be somewhat like Columbo. He was often late for court. The most disturbing thing was his lack of moral character and his respect for honesty and integrity in the practice of law. He highlights on his website about the mothers that have lost their children because of "mental health" issues. This appears from research of PC court records to be a standard defense for him for fathers to gain custody of their children. In the case involving me he had no problem standing before a commissioner and basically lying through his teeth about me. His attitude about domestic violence survivors was appaling. His documents filed with the court were not proofread. In conclusion if you want someone to represent you who will stop at nothing to win then this is the guy for you however if you believe our great justice system should have honesty integrity and fairness find someone else who truly cares about the law and families
