Mr. Pomper was the second lawyer I had working on my divorce case. My first attorney came highly recommended and was a retired judge from the court system of which I was seeking my divorce in. I was paying roughly $12k in support (well over half my net) and while typically I would get my daughter 1 day during the week and every other weekend, I had nothing even after 6 months in the court system to keep my wife from disrupting the visitation schedule. I met Mr. Pomper by sheer luck as I entered the firm where he worked seeking advice only. Within the first hour, Mr. Pomper restored my confidence with a plan that would help me to spend more time with my daughter and reduce my support payments. I released my first attorney the next day and Mr. Pomper did exactly as he said he would. He was instrumental in forcing my wife, who did not want to divorce, into a final decree. Shortly after my divorce was final, he changed residance to Colorado. I'm certain he will do well there too!

When I approached Mr. PomperI basically had given up on the system and didn’t know if anyone could make life better for my children. My attorney at that time went to court and lost a hearing I Mr. Pomper would not have lost. It seemed that the court system simply considered me a part of the divorce process but not a father. Then I hired Mr. Pomper. He took the time to actually listen to what I had to say as a father and listened to my concerns. He looked at the paperwork I had collected over the 11 months of the proceedings. I really did not have high hopes because the case had gone so badly and that it only seemed that it would worsen.
From Mr. Pomper’s first appearance, we began winning hearings. Today my children and I play, laugh, goof around, and do whatever they want to do. I truly believe my childrens’ lives will be better as a result of Mr. Pomper.

Mr. Pomper is the best attorney I have ever had and you must ask for him if you go to Jeffery Leving's office even though I am sure they have other good attorneys. I have heard from others there that he is the best and handles many complicated matters like mine. I had only supervised visits with my children and my prior attorney told me to just accept it. I came to Robert Pomper and he reviewed everything and told me he thought he could help me. He is a great listener and made me feel that we had hope. Mr. Pomper is also very articulate and effective in court and he knows the law. As soon as he began representing me, things began to change and the judge began to listen. Now, I have joint custody of my two children and a fantastic relationship with them. Thank you Mr. Pomper...You are the best!!
