He is very respected in his field and will not take your case if he is too busy or has too many cases to handle. I read a review on here and he was never hired on that case and never received a penny from that "client". But David is a top attorney and would highly recommend him!!!

My daughter and son-in-law hired Mr. Autry in July 2006. The only thing he did was file continuances. He would never give them a price to pay him. He would not answer their phone calls and because all of his messages were full, they could never leave a message. He would call them 1 or 2 days before they had to be in court. At the last court appearance in the fall of 2007, before they fired him, my son-in-law was told he was to be put in jail for 1 year, starting that day. Mr. Autry said he had no knowledge of this. How could your lawyer not know what was going to happen? Had he not read anything pertaining to the case? Again - he filed a continuance. At least he is good at doing that! Whatever you do - don't hire Mr. Autry. When I wrote a letter to the Oklahoma State Bar, I received a very unpleasant phone call from Mr. Autry. He would not address any of my concerns, but rudely repeat a sentance over and over! I never really knew what Pompous Ass meant until I had talked to him.

Would not return phone calls for months. Would never set a retainer fee. Very Vague!
