It has been 10 months since hiring Dan Montgomery. In initial consultation, he explained direct ways to try to negate the charges. However, what he so impressively and matter-of-fact stated, were not options until we went to trial! My goal was to prevent going to trial! Going to trial meant having to pay Dan more money. I paid Dan everything that I had. I closed 3 accounts to liquidate all my funds to pay him. After the initial 3 weeks (when timely docs needed to get filed), of the 41 weeks since i hired Dan, he has called me 2 times with info. 2 times in over 40 weeks! I have called him 17 times asking for updates, and conveniently he says on 9 of those "I just got off the phone with them an hour ago" (to which I call B.S.) that coincidently just doesnt happen 53% of time! Point is his communication sucks, his assistant is rude and seems always upset that I am calling...again. When new documents in the case show up online from the courthouse, I have to call him to ask what it means.

Dan handled my DUI case. Everything looked unfavorable but he found that one little detail that made the prosecutor give me a good deal. Now I do not have a DUI on my record!

Dan is nothing but a money collector. My DUI case is still going on after 1 year and still havent been to court.There has been no communication at all about my case.He even hads me appear 1 time and didnt even show up. If you ask me Dan should not be able to practice law.

DAN MONTGOMERY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NO WORK. HE LOST MY CHILD CUSTODY CASE WHEN I GAVE HIM ALL THE EVEDENCE HE NEEDED TO WIN. HEDID NOT SPEAK UP AND DEFEND ANYTHING MY CHILDS MOTHER SAID EVEN THOUGH SHE LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. WE GAVE EVEDENCE TO PROVE OTHERWISE AND HE USED NONE OF IT!
