this man took 64,000.00 from me and never did a damn thing. In the end I lost my case because of his neglegence. Thank goodness he is in jail and the bar never gave me one dime back. The Bar sucks just like Salomon.

He caused me so much grief in my divorce and ripped me off for $10,000.00 and then some to get another attorney to do everything over. He almost got me thrown in jail for not doing his job.

This man took all my money and ran with it. I was and still am going thru a nasty divorce, this man lied to me as did his staff. I gave him 7,500.00 and he did nothing with it. Because of his negligence I am losing my home and all my other assets. I have applied to the Florida Bar Assoc to get the money back..I sure hope I do otherwise I am going to be living on the streets. I had to hire another attorney to handle the divorce but it won't be final till I finish paying the 4k retainer which I can't do until I get the funds back from the Florida Bar Assoc. Between him and my ex husband I am losing everything that I worked so hard for for 30 years. He stole my 7500.00 and I need it back in order to get on with my life and not end up homeless with my daughter.

I hired this attorney for my divorce and during the time I had no choice since my Ex-Husband retained every divorce lawyer in the are in which I was living. I have some concern that there were a few things that have been mentioned here that I too have seen with my own case, thankfully though I managed to get some of what I wanted, yet there were still a few things that now are going to effect me. Mr. Salomon never showed up to court, infact I never met the guy in person at all. I did talk to him several times on the phone but that was about it. I paid him 7500 dollars and now I am wondering what I spent my money on. There was no detailed bill or anything to back up where all the money was going and I know it wasnt travel costs since he never once showed up to court, in fact the final hearing I was represented by someone other than him. I wish I knew where all that money went to. Right now I could use it.

This is so sad! We were suffering so much from our legal issues that we did not see the signs of his gross negligence until it was too late. My family has suffered the same fate! Scott had lied to us for over 2 years! Even his assistant would say that they were turning in paperwork to the courts - only to find out that not one paper was turned in, not one phone call was made! He was suspended and NEVER told us. I found out on my own from the Florida Bar that he was suspended after Scott failed to show for numerous meetings to discuss our visitation schedule. He wasted our time, our lives, and took our money. Kharma will be there. The Florida Bar must be accountable on this one too! They had NUMEROUS complaints about this guy reguarding the same thing over and over and still allowed him to practice law. He is now living in East Texas, PA and is practicing law there! I cannot understand why someone would prey on victims the way he has done!

This man Scott Salomon should be in jail for preying on vulnerable people, taking their money and not doing anything. It is like you are being victimized twice. He is never available to answer your calls and when he does promise to call, he is always late or not at all with no excuse, no emails, no updates no nothing. I would recommend that he goes to jail for robbing me of $15,000 and doing absolutely nothing and I wish him well in there. He is certified professional crook just like a robber on the street only that he is cloaked in a coat of a profession called ATTORNEY which he has no respect for. Dont use him ever.

Mr.Salomon accepted $67,500 from us over the past two years and never filed a single legal document in our cases against several various parties involved. His private investigator appears to have done his job, but there was never any follow up by Scott. We were never provided with statements for the services we supposedly received. Hearings were held in local courts after filings by our opponents attorneys, that were not attended by Mr. Salomon, resulting in us losing to date over $170,000 in funds held in various court actions. There was never any communication to us as to what was going on, and our efforts to make contact were entirely ignored. I called his office 39 times in one month alone (March 2008) with no response. E-mails were never returned. I even traveled to Florida from abroad and discovered his office had relocated. When I found the new office, it was not attended during normal business hours. Our lives have been destroyed due to this man's inaction. We are now ruined.

I USED THIS ATTORNEY AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK, HE REALLY DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS IN COURT WITH ME AND DID ALL HE COULD DO PROFESSIONALLY. I RATE HIM VERY HIGH.

My mother lost $12,500 to this creature that claims to up hold the law. The worst thing is he insisted to her & myself to wire the money to his bank account in our moment of complete distress. He insisted to wire the money first and his staff would email all the contracts. We wired the money and then read the contracts and NEVER SIGNED THE CONTRACTS and immediately requested my mothers money back. After more than a year we have not gotten my mothers money back and she is 73 on a very limited income. This man has caused my family incredible amounts of stress and suffering. Now all we can do is sue him but now we have found out that he has filed for bankruptcy and there are many victims just like my mother . PLEASE NEVER HIRE THIS MAN-I believe he will soon loose his LAW License and he should go to jail!!!!

No communication from this man or his firm. It has been two years since we hired him and I have never received an update, a progress report, or any communication whatsoever concerning our case. Why is this man still in business?

DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I paid him $9,000.00 to modifiy my case, nothing was done. I had to hire another lawyer for $5,000.00. What is the Florida Bar doing about this guy? He has well over a dozen compliants and even a felony charge. Check with the bar and the clerk of the court in Broward County.

handled 3 cases for me that resulted in huge wins. Now why would a blog site have only have negative stuff in it? It's a sad world of hatred and the irony is that everyone on this blog caused their OWN problems and it is so easy to blame their attorney. I would NEVER want to be an attorney after reading this. I'm so frustrated with this man Scott Salomon, he took my money and ran... he has worked on my case of and on... he has not given me any statement of what he has use the money I paid him ($11,000), and he said he use all. I met him once, spoke to him maybe three times, and threaten me to have me arrested, if I went to his office to get information about my case. The person I was suing unfortunately past away about a month and half ago, and I did not find out until last week. Scott took my case 2 1/2 years ago, and has done nothing about it... I'm ready to scream... how can this man sleep at nights? How can this man continue doing to others what he did to me? Isn't there a law against people like him? We must do something to stop him, so that he does not hurt others...

It will be a year this month since I hired Scott and not one thing has been filed to date on my behalf. I have no idea how he sleeps at night. I am sure that I am not the only one that has sent multiple emails and phone calls without even the courtesy of a reply or apology. Deadlines were missed. Mistakes were made. Now my credit is suffering and he has a ton of my money and now I can't even hire another attorney to fight the case that he agreed to take on a year ago. He should do what he was hired to do or give me my money back. I always thought that an attorney was supposed to be there for you in your time of need, rather than compounding the matter. My life has been devastated, I can not believe how stable I was a year ago and how I am nearly homeless a year after I hired him. That's just so not right, it's unethical and immoral. He might as well be working for the other side. Scott, come forward and do the right thing. By the way, this site needs to allow for negative ratings!!

I felt compelled, based on the visceral dislike towards Scott Salomon and his work, to correct the previous rating to avoid any further disinformation within this website. First, the previous “rater” was blind sided by her husband and is now being blind sided by her attorney. Secondly, I did not see anything in her post that said anything good about Scott, but only bad about her husband.
Scott Salomon: Lied to me (his client), asked for outrageous fees with out providing an accounting, did not return phone calls or emails, but did push off the case onto other attorneys who eventually quit his firm… I could go on for months…
DO NOT hire this “attorney”. This website forced me to put the number “1”, but that is not low enough.
