Never answered the phone and took a long time to get back to me. Almost never made the appropriate changes to documents, just kept sending them back as they were. I don't even know where he came up with some of the numbers he had in the documents. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks and it has been 10 months and we are not done still. Very unhappy and I realize now why you have to pay a retainer in advance - because otherwise they know you will move on and find soomeone better who will actually do the work.
