He exploits his fees, lies to his clients, never returns your calls and does nil to none if he even goes to court as your legal representative. He's like the Steve Miller Band song, "Take the Money and Run."

If you are looking for a lawyer that will go the extra mile for you then hire Bryce Neier. I only had one consult visit with him for a very small fee. Fortunately , my case was dismissed and I never had to retain his services. He was extremely professional and continued to give me advice for over a 2 week period until this was resolved. If he did this for me without payment imagine what he would do if you retained him!!! Highly recommend Bryce for your legal situation! Mary G

If your looking for an Attentive, Candid and Experienced Attorney, then I would highly recommend Bryce.
I consulted Bryce regarding a defamation matter.
I was impressed with his level of support and straight-forward consult. He provided me with a level of attention as if I were his only client. He took my concerns seriously and I never felt rushed. I will continue to utilize his services knowing I will receive the same level of attention as if I were a family member or close friend.

I hired Mr. Neier over a year ago to handle a domestic matter between me and my husband. I had the fortune of reconciling with my husband. Mr.. Neier had minimal work. He charged me $10,000 and after doing just a complaint and a few other things, kept the entire amount. We never went to court! Just the initial pleading and a dismissal which he shouldn't have charged me for. The way he does his retainers is not for the person who might have a chance of staying out of court. I tried to contact his office to come to some kind of fair resolution. I'm a firm believer in doing what is right. He didn't even answer me. They completed ignored me. The way I was treated, not even worth them addressing..... Shows the kind of character this man has. Shame on you Mr. Neier. Another thing, the service I did get for the few times I had to deal with them was awful. I've dealt with other lawyers. He isn't even that good for the ridiculous money he asks for.

When I was going through my divorce I was told that Mr Neier was the best divorce lawyer in town. Everything I experienced after retaining him completely supports that statement. Highly recommended

Bryce has represented me in my divorce and child custody case. At no point in time were we unprepared for court. He dropped everything he was doing when I notified him of things my ex was trying to do such as to have the children removed from the state by her family before they could be returned to me. He is a great lawyer if your ignorance does not get in the way of your own court case. He will instruct you on things you should do and should not do. You should LISTEN to this as he told you for a reason. People who complain about price yeah legal fees are costly... but have you gone to school for this? have you seen what that costs? do you complain when your doctor bills your insurance no but they cost way more. there is no insurance coverage for your marriage failing. you pay the fees they hurt your wallet but have you ever seen a cheap lawyer and wanted them to defend you? you get what you pay for. and pay based on experience and knowledge. I am happy with this attorney.

Attorney Bryce Neier handled my civil matter, he was very thorough in explaining what would happend and what was going on throughout the entire process, his staff was of the utmost courtesy, and everything was completely in a very timely manner. I am extremely satisfied with my choice to hire this Attorney and will not hesitate to return to him for any other legal matters I may have.

Divorce is very stressful and laced with a lot of uncertanties. It is important to have a knowledgeable lawyer that will respond Immediately to your inquiries. I serve overseas with DoD and cannot just drop in for a visit. This is not a problem as Bryce Neier will text me and/or email me even on the weekends. My kids were suppose to visit me for Christmas. There were complications but ultimately; I did see my kids for Christmas break. Bryce even followed up with a text message to me asking if everything was alright. That level of concern demonstrates a high level of commitment to his client. I even receive emails at 0600 in the morning his time leting me know how things are proceeding with my case/inquiries. Again, divorce is tough and very emotional. You need a good lawyer. I would and do recommend Bryce Neier.

Mr. Neier is an impeccable lawyer. He works hard day and night like no other lawyer I have seen. I received emails from him at 3 or 4 in the morning preparing me for court. He always answered his phone, or text me, or emailed me anytime I had a question. Friday afternoons, when other lawyers were hitting the golf course, Mr. Neier was still in his office working. At one time, he was at the hospital with his wife, and was still working for me using his blackberry. I have been called by him on Saturday and Sunday as well. I would highly reccomend Mr. Neier if anyone has to go through the pains of Divorce.

In my opinion VERY overpriced. The focus seemed to be how quickly he could get as much money as possible. I kept getting the response that if i didn't like it he would quit, and of course pocket the retainer fee. He did end up withdrawing less than a week before I was to be in court. Make sure ALL correspondence is done by email so you have a record.
