Mr. Kindlon should retire and become a used car salesman. Only likes to work high profile cases. He has little or no communication with his clients. Never returns phone calls. often unprepared and doesn't recall what is going on with the case. Overloaded with cases. Makes excusses then becomes arrogant and defensive if you question his attorney /client responsiblities. Time for him to retire.
