Susan is thief. Her Practice is unethical, she's a liar. She bills you for services never rendered. I have filed a complaint with ARDC. They govern attorneys. Get just and file a complaint against her.

We used this attorney about 6 years ago. Let's just say that the firm she worked for reimbursed us every cent we had ever paid to them and within a very short while she no longer worked there. Susan intentionally and unethically sabotaged our case - she typed inaccurate motions where she twisted the facts around and then would fax them to us and say we had to return them to her within 5 minutes so that we were given no opportunity to review them for accuracy. She advised the opposing party of everything we had against them and was sure to allow them enough time to address correct the problems between court dates. I have never been more dissatisfied or disgusted with an attorney in my life. We ended up having to pay a different firm more than triple her fees to try to fix the damage she had caused to our case but it was irrepairable. I would never recommend this attorney for anything other than disbarment!
