Kristen did a small pro bono job for me about a yr ago. She worked non stop until the job was done, at all hours and was second to none in performance.

We had gone to Kristen on a recommendation that she was service-oriented. It all started out fine. Then, THREE DAYS into attorney review (we're selling the house), she emails that she has withdrawn from representing us, with no explanation whatsoever, and won't return our phone calls. Had she let us know that there was some personal tragedy etc, ok fine - but there was none of that at all. Take your business elsewhere!!!
