This firm is quick to bill you for even the minutes you spend on the phone with them, reading letters cc'd to them for file, at their $200 per hour rate regardless of the experience of the staff assigned to the work. Their advice is not always sound, and they are not very aggressive in trying to handle your problems. I used them in a very bitter divorce battle and was taken to the cleaners by the judge and the other lawyer. I spent over $45,000 in legal bills including some of my Ex's bills that I was forced to pay. I would not recommend them at all in a adversarial divorce case.
